If you're worried about being caught, but still want to monger, you gotta come up with better excuses or a normal hobby where you occasionally leave the house for 2 hours and come back, and keep it a monthly thing minimum, any more often you'll just increase the odds of being found out. Delete your convos with PO on both your phone and smart watch, delete google map/car gps history if you use it, and try to keep your org/RA rotation to a minimum. The more org you reach out to, the more spam texts/calls comes back to you.
My SO isnt as intrusive nor do we face time so my excuse is either going to home depot for tools, going to the junkyard for car parts, etc and i couldnt feel my phone vibrate. Saying Im driving is a red flag since I always have the phone connected for music and I can talk, no reason for me to miss call.
Besides that, I'm also trying to cold turkey or atleast have more self control. ATF doesnt work in the bay anymore and its a hard void to fill. I find that my trigger is im simply bored, i outgrew a lot of my normal hobbies like pc gaming, watching tv shows, etc and they get replaced with AAMP when I have spare time by myself because I crave intimacy and connection with the opposite sex other than my SO. We're both busy working, and at night theres other family members next room and it still feels akward. Might change in the future but its not like an AAMP where its just you two not giving a fuck about other people or the session across the hall.
If anybody else is looking to cut down and keep each other on check, or wants to quit all together, hmu or just continue the convo here. Besides talking about who has the best bbbj, tightest kitty, or freak in the sheets, I think its a good thing to have discussions of an exit strategy and not ruining our lives financially and or with family.

I've had to cut back, I used to be cool with once a month , then worked to 2x,3x,4x. Then it became 2x even 3x one week. Now since we havnt taken vacay last few years, fam is ready to go out again and I'm like um maybe next summer. They probably thought I saved so much not going on vacays lol. Now I'm fighting to handle going 1x a week, this hobby is hard to stop.
