I only found one gem so far at PC. That said Catalyst and 77 good service and attitudes. It’s kind boggling that they are more than LKS. If it’s your 1st org they are way better than Storefront AMP. But compared to any other left Org they don’t compare I’m my experience. The PO is cool thought.

Well, unfortunately these fake, hooking pics work, on a small % but significant number of mongers. And at door not enough guys walk on first viewing which is usually in the dark, once they take their shoes off, they often view it as $ already gambled and lost, don't want to hurt provider's feelings or piss off org. My understanding is the numbered PC providers are Mrs. Alpaca who may also own the site. Mrs. Alpaca was notorious for fake reviews on ER.
Also, I believe most PO's, some owners, are women, many are former providers, GFE is the only male PO/owner I'm aware of.
But, actually pics that are 10 years old, are kind of the norm. Even at SKS, BCG you can't trust the pics.
The wierd thing is like with Yuffie you can't trust credible mongers to give you a negative criticism of looks. There is a strong selection bias that guys who get good service and write reviews won't say anything negative about looks, either not mention them or actually lie by omission in that they won't notice fat rolls, too old, etc. Mongers don't like to write about getting burned or bad experiences, but will comment about negative things. This commenting you can only get on ampreviews.
Guys also are afraid of writing negative reviews for fear the org will blacklist them. With negative reviews, it's often easy to decode who wrote the review.
Usually, if a monger with credible history says something specifically negative, it's probably correct, even if other 90%, don't mention it. That's the problem. Ideally, you get agreement about a look defect from at least two credible mongers.
I got burned by CA Celine for being too fat (in non-voluptuous way) and too old, despite first positive reviews that didn't mention it. I didn't expect it from CA whose pics of Jade, Seri, and Bree where reasonably correct. Later, I did get some feedback that CA thought that 10 years out of date pics (just like provider ages are 10 years older) was standard operating procedure for all orgs. But, I didn't expect her to be so far out of wack (you can read my review on ampreviews).
What's wierd is that the pics of Celine looked 10 years out of date because I could recognize her face, but some other info suggested pics were recent, but if so they used skillful photoshopping (and PS tools have gotten better), so that pics made her face very cute and good looking, while in person she had wider, fatter face. Body photoshopping is easier. In the past PSing faces often removed distinctive facial features, so pics would be pretty bland.
What's interesting is how 90% of Celine reviewers saw nothing wrong wih her looks.
In fact, that and getting similarly burned by BGC Jin, has undermined my confidence that I can decode their looks defects from reviews. Part of my issue with Jim was I picked her quickly because BGC Kaylee cancelled 2 hours before.
Finally, a counter example mentioned elsewhere. Improbably, LSC Elva looks exactly like her pics. It's not just me, but two other mongers agreed. Elva's body is very good, but her face is so so.
