I ain't no Page Six celebrity, but unfortunately I am somewhat recognizable to some in Queens. Thus, I spend an inordinate amount of time scoping out locations prior to my hormonally-inspired visits to avoid "the walk of shame" or "the standing outside waiting for the damned door to open" scenario. This usually requires several surveillance drive-bys prior to initial entry. I also strive to be the only client on-premises when I do pull the trigger for the same aforementioned reason. Doing this a long time and this has always worked for me...until yesterday.
Did my scope. Found the "perfect parking spot" on 162nd and all set to try Wangshun Spa (readers of this thread may note it has been reviewed by others but I have not sampled as yet) to finish off the comprehensive cartology of 162nd Street from Northern to 46th Avenue. Scanned the street north and south and the coast is clear. It's 1:00 PM yesterday and have to feed the meter (with quarters of course, no trace of where I been and why and when). That is, of course, precisely when someone exits the black Mercedes parked in front of me and walks directly into Wangshun Spa; precipitating "monger interruptus extremis;" a condition akin to "terminal blueballs" and fatal among mongers of a certain age.
After placing the appropriate hex on this interloping OWSUD (Old White Somewhat Ugly Dude), his ancestors, his progeny, and the Mercedes Benz Motor Company, I exited the vicinity. I'm no quidnunc, but if this individual is reading this, you should be feeling sharp, recurring pains in various parts of your body right around now. And your car's engine should blow in about 3 days...remaining hair should be gone by Monday...and, oh yeah, I hope you had a lousy time at Wangshun...and your boss wants to know where you were yesterday...if I think of more, I'll follow-up...
To everyone else, please excuse the delay in my completing the 162nd Street compendium; I am glad to see someone else took Lavendar Spa as that was also due to be fact-checked. If the aforementioned offender is a member, at least post a review so I know what I'm missing...and can lift the hex...
