“JAV” pros - worth it?

For the first time in my memory, I’ve noticed “JAV” stars featuring at various locations, albeit at an INCREASED markup.

Is it WORTH it, or is it akin to seeing an American porn star, where the appeal is not necessarily the service, but rather the chance to meet them in person?

I think the Japanese providers provide a good change of pace, but not a bang for your buck. They do provide a slightly different experience. They tend to be slightly younger than the other Asians working in Manhattan. Many of the Japanese providers tend to have larger "natural" boobs with being fat. Even thought then are not fat, don't expected to find a slim figure with the huge tits. I do find that they level of English is very limited. So if you like a conversation during your session, you are not going to get it. I get more of GND/GFE than PSE session with the Japanese providers.

This might be Apples and Oranges, but when I lived in Tokyo, I met two bona fide JAV actresses.

Fair enough. I suspect that supply and demand weighs heavily in the equation in NY.

In Tokyo, JAV girls are practically falling from trees. Pre-Pandemic, some Soaplands used to highlight their JAV providers. Girls also know that they are expected to perform at higher levels of customer service.

Here in NY, given the "scarcity" of JAV girls. shops are charging a premium and it might not be worth it.
