From what I recall, the monger kept his whits, and admitted nothing. And was let go. for me, that would be a little too close. I’m not a fan of scrutiny. I myself avoid the places that look problematic. Been to yun’s, it’s awesome. But now, so much loose talk, feel like it’s possibly become a target.
The same tactic has been used in the past in other townships. LE is usually careful to have another reason to pull someone over like illegal turn, tail light out or something.
This was the case here, the guy pulled out of the spa or intersection next door and made an illegal turn onto Rte 611. I think that was omitted in his post. That detail was told to me by Mickey because the customer called her afterwards.
But there was a second post too, enough that she stayed home for a week to make sure it blew over. Let's just know that she is very careful. Too much information about the spa makes her very uneasy. So let's just cool it on to much info.

I still say this does not add up.
If LE suspect something untoward is happening inside a place they simply obtain a warrant for surveillance (it's a simple procedure), send in their dopiest looking rookie with no-brainer instructions and within an hour they will have all the info needed. Cops, positioned to watch cars leaving parking lots, looking for mongers with big grins, to pull over and ask what they just did in that establishment is far - far - fetched, not police procedure, possibly unlawful, probably harassment.
