Sketchy activity outside lucky’s

I had a strange experience outside of Lucky’s today. I parked across the street and walked into the plaza. An older male with a beard was standing outside on the corner of Lucky’s building, and took a picture of me while I was walking towards the building. It was very obvious because he didnt have his phone on silent, so a loud shutter noise went off while he took a picture of me. I turned, walked around for a bit, and walked back towards my car to leave, because this was so suspicious. The guy follows me, walks up to my car, and takes a picture of my license plate.

I asked him what he was doing several times and he just stared at me silently while presumably videoing the whole time.

I just drove off. But circled back 15 minutes later, and he was still there. Just walking around the parking area and circling the entire time.

Has anyone else experienced this? And is this a cause for concern for me?

Too late to post a picture of him here, didnt think to take one of him at the time.
But he’s an older, heavier-set, white male (late 50’s/60’s), with a white beard and a blue shirt
Just standing around the building and watching. Will pace from one corner to the other. But otherwise just standing there monitoring everything and trying to take photos/videos.

Time to plan a drive-by to this place. If we organize a procession of cars, it would flummox this persistent vigilante (or Bebe‘s self appointed ex boyfriend who may not approve her commitment to cardiovascular fitness by any means possible). We could also dissimulate by being visitors to the holy place next-door. We have heard about Karens acting like amateur vice squad detectives and turning foes to hobbyists but it’s the time we have a killjoy Kevin.

Someone posted about this dude on RM a while back. Probably a neighborhood Karen. Maybe wear a mask.

Just remember, solicitation is a misdemeanor in CA. These are at the very back burner of all SCCDA district attorneys. Do you have any idea what a DA would have to do to just prove up a misdemeanor charge like this? Evidence? As long as you don't go blabbing, and get counsel, Unlikely.

Also, the store would likely be facing the real charges, sex trafficking (the Feds!), prostitution, and lewd conduct.

This dude is probably doing what he's doing because he tried to get LE to shut the place down and they were like "uh, this is San Jose, we have real shit to worry about." So he's trying to build his own case, and get on the news to force the DA's hand. Not happening.

If this dude starts posting shit online, and your face is out there, there are any number of attorneys who will sue the life out of this guy for defamation.

Just my 2 pennies.

This crazy old white guy has been doing this for a very long time, off and on. He “got me” a few times last year. Nothing happened, of course. He’s harmless and pathetic. I just smiled real big for my most recent photoshoot and then laughed in his face the last time he took my picture and of my car. He doesn’t have anything that remotely constitutes evidence of precisely jack-shit. No cops care about him and no news org is gonna risk the libel lawsuits that would ensue if they tried to make this a story with pics and video. This wanna-be-Batman is wasting his time. Ain’t nobody gonna scare me away from those ladies ha.

but still beware .... bring a mask with you and don't say anything to this guy when coming in and out.

It is not him, but somebody out there who get hold of the evidence and flip the table.... :cautious::censored:

Speaking of old white guys, I was waiting with the ladies for a room to open up last weekend, and this old white dude, maybe late 60s rolled out with the biggest smile on his face. I can't remember the girl, because I was just basking in the utter joy on his face. When I'm his age, I'll be snorting viagra and banging whores too. You go old man!

Heck, I’m in my 70’s and still enjoy an hour of bliss successfully without viagra. I will say that my sessions at AAMPs are a lot like my running for fitness: I feel like I am going as hard as I ever did, but it takes longer to get around the block!

In all seriousness, the 2 things that I have noticed since I turned 70 are that getting 2 pops in an hour is now a rare pleasure rather than a regular event and that the occasional great feeling orgasm that used to be a fire hose is now more like a squirt gun. I have been lucky; I maintain a once a week minimum habit and and have still never failed to get hard and eventually climax in an hour.

The long and short is that I think if you exercise, have a healthy diet and healthier imagination, you can still have fun longer than you might think!

This is incorrect. It is illegal to record a "private" conversation without consent, in California. Our state is a two party state, in that both parties must consent to recording private conversations. However, there is no prohibition on recording "public" conversations, that is to say, conversations where there is no "reasonable expectation of privacy."
