Gold Spa/Closed??

The rent on the pizza shop next door is 1900 per month.... so lets be crazy and say they pay DOUBLE what the people next to them pay
I would say putting a high volume spa in a LOW value high crime city is the best bet. That cant be much more than the bar/pub or the restaurant .
The biggest cost they would have is lawyers and taking care of the person who will eventually get pinched. THe fine for getting popped for running the spa, if everyone is over 18 and not forced to be there, is 50k max on the 2nd offense. First offense is minor.
So they could get a really old person to take a charge and then just swap them out for another old person if they have to take a charge.
Imagine being 60 and someone telling you, im gonna pay you 4k per month in cash, but you can be fired at any time if you are unlucky and will never work again. for us thats nothing, but for a person that speaks poor english and her choice is that or working at target?

I texted them today and the reply was closed due to failed inspection. I asked where the help was working and they said that they are off. they also sent me the Coco worker list; none of them were Gold ladies. When they last had a closing they sent the ladies to their other locations, but not so far this time. So Coco will really be mobbed now and the parking will be an even bigger mess.

I have had two former amp tenants. The lease is not in the owner’s name so they can just close the business and move on like it’s nothing.
This line of business is worth it for the landlords, owners and providers. Amps are never late on rent so we like them unlike other tenants such as a deli who are behind very often. And many of the landlords of these amp tenants are Korean so we all know what’s going on.
I know the owner of Gold. She’s doing very well financially. So Gold closing is not a big deal to her.

Seven might be at beauty spa in philly. Texted them for the lineup yesterday, and the oic they sent me of their worker Sophia, is the same pic the gold uses for seven. I texted back and asked this they said they don't know and sent me a real pic of her, the pic looks like her but younger, I never seen her yet so I don't know.
