The things guys will get worked up about, including geography, lol. Let's all take a deep breath and settle down now, and knock it off with the name-calling, please.
I though I had answered the question already but to further clarify, Queens is broken up into two sections...a dedicated Flushing section, and the rest of Queens. Simply because Flushing is such a huge area in terms of variety, number of AMPs, agencies, storefronts, streetwalkers, apartments, etc. that we felt it needed its own section. For example, there's a large subset of members who are very interested in the 40th Rd crowd, while some members wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Which is why we felt that breaking out just Flushing (or more accurately, leaving Flushing and creating a "Queens" section for all other areas outside of Flushing) was apt.
Yes, you can make the argument that Chinatown in Manhattan should be its own section as well. But I don't think it has nearly the volume of places and reviews to warrant its own, dedicated section. Also, while ideally I would like Manhattan to be broken up into 3 separate areas (Uptown, Midtown, Downtown...and I'm sure there will be arguments about what streets and areas constitute those 3 areas, lol), it's easier said than done. Because creating sections is no problem whatsoever...but then having to MANUALLY sort ALL the reviews in the one Manhattan section, and then moving them into the proper 3 sub-areas, is a massive undertaking that I'm not sure we have the time, manpower, nor desire to do. Does that make sense?
