Ask me how I get around dark side of Flushing without knowing Mandarin. Worst case scenario, google translate is your friend or a gesture language. And as @Bridge-n-Tunnel had mentioned, they don't need English language where they live and how they get about pretty much everything in their off-spa life. It is their small world and it works fine for them. A bit sad that they are missing a lot outside their small world, but it works for them and they seem to be okay with it.

I can answer this one, LOL. I’m married to an ex spa girl and all her friends are still spa girls. They don’t need to speak English. The only public they deal with is you. When they’re not in the spa, they go to Flushing where they get their doctors visits, groceries, their friends, their cosmetics, etc. Everything they need is in flushing and there’s no language barrier. I know girls that have been here for several years and still only know a few words. They don’t take the subway either, for the most part. They have Chinese cabs in their phones that will take them back and forth for a flat rate.
I think you need to be starting your own thread, for a perspective from a different kind of insider!

Thanks for the reminder. I know this, I really do, but some of them are so good at the 'happy to see you baby' act that I want to forget what I know
It’s actually a positive imo, they want the money and understand what the customer wants and they deliver

What does it mean that a customer tried to rape a girl when they’re already going to get sex? Just means they want it for free?

Do you know who handles the websites and ads?

Just because you are paying for your time doesn’t meant you get to be an abusive asshole…face fucking for example is abuse….wanting her gag is abusive…and so you can consent to sed but still be sexually abused. rape can sit close to that

Anything without consent is rape, regardless if she’s a sex worker. You put it in without a condom without her knowing….rape. You force her to do something she doesn’t want….rape. Drug her and have sex with her even if you are paying….rape. I’m sure there are gray areas, but why even venture close to that, especially in this time. Just be respectful and if there’s something specific you’re looking for, find who provides that here and be upfront and clear with the provider before engaging. Just because someone else says they got something on here, doesn’t mean you will too. Always ask first. YMMV.

At least two guys tried to rape her. I stopped one guy in the act by using force. The other guy was getting ready to rape her, but she notified me and I'll just kicked him out (he returned about a week later. When he saw me, he figured out this isn't the spa for him and we never saw him again).

If a "customer" comes to a spa for sex, and has no money, the girl obviously will not agree. The guy I stopped actually hit her and was about to have his way with her. If I wasn't there, he would have done whatever he wanted, probably rob her too. When I came into the room he was extremely shocked. I held him down and waited for the cops. His life and family are in shambles now (he claimed to have a wife and kids and was begging us to let him go, but we already called the cops)

His actions are considered attempted rape. She gets paid for sex, but she did not agree to it with him. It's not considered theft, it is considered rape, because "sex" is involved.

[Analogy: Boxers are paid to fight, but if you punch a boxer in the face (not a good idea) without him consenting to a fight, it's assault, not theft of a fight.]

Also, it's not uncommon for things like this to happen at spas, some places report it, most places don't.

I've seen the girl that does the ads.

Very true, that's why they call us foreigners, lol

Something I was wonder. Do you know if they care if it is a Walk-in vs Scheduled? Personally I prefer walk in as I will not have to worry about the commute on the trains lol.

Based on my experience with this spa, it's probably totally different everywhere.

This spa originally was doing walk-ins and appointments as they should be done. If there was an appointment and someone walked in, the walk-in person would be told to wait. But because people weren't keeping their appointments, the spa stopped doing that. Basically, appointments don't really mean much, unless you're a regular, then they will make the walk-ins wait (but if they think they can "squeeze" you in before the appointment, they'll do it. They might say this there's an appointment in 40 minutes, so you only have 30 minutes).

Some extra info:

They keep a account of how many customers each girl had. But the strange thing is, they send those numbers to someone else through WeChat. I don't know why, and I didn't ask.

The security footage is only accessible by me and the owners, no one else (unless they're watching the security screen). I have remote access and I can see what's going on there at any time & can easily download the footage. If I see a fight or something serious, I'll simply call the police.

I thought about providing proof, I don't think it'll be helpful, and some proof depending on what it is, can be harmful too customers. I can easily post a video of all the text messages, but many different numbers will be shown (not good). I can post a photo of the security screens, but I don't want to reveal the spa. Pictures of inside, the private area, or street photos would be too revealing (some members here have seen them all). And someone would just say got the photos from all the internet anyway...

The spa is very clean, they clean the sheets, towels, floors, door knobs, everything, everyday. Too bad they don't wash after every customer though.

Although I get a discount, I don't usualize it very often. I still go to different spas, because I like the variety. The other owner is at the other spa most of the time, so I'm stuck banging one owner (she's pretty good, but I like variety).

Some guys have used counterfeit bills in the past. They weren't huge losses, maybe one or two guys only, but they have the markers to check the bills now.

Some other owners come here to socialize occasionally. And I have seen other owners bang customers while they were here (the guy may like them, so instead of him leaving, she'll let the other owners fuck them).

I don't think the other owners know that I am a security guy.

The women don't get to keep any of the house fee?

Do women have to see a quote of clients every day to justify using the space? Is there a monetary penalty if they don't?

Is it possible that the "owners" you see every day and who both work and manage are really the local managers and there is a real owner behind the scenes?

I worked in Clubs for about 15 years when I was younger and when trouble started, which was pretty
routine in that business, the last thing you wanted to do was call the police. They are going to
make a report and it goes on the clubs record. That did not make the owner happy

I would think that would hold true even more so because of the nature of your business.

What's the cross section of customers in terms of ethnicity and age? My providers have said they see more Koreans than Chinese, which is surprising. How about White, Black, Middle Eastern etc. And skews toward older which I might expect since they have more money?
Thanks.

Before working here, I thought calling in the police would be very risky. However, the owners will call the police if their safety is involved (rape included). So because this is their business, I will follow their instructions and call the police if their safety is is at risk. Their defense attorney was trying to use a prostitution angle to defend the guy, but there's no real defense for rape (and yes, there is evidence. We recorded him when he was begging us to let him go and that he was sorry, etc)

When the police were called before, they didn't question the business practices at all, they were only interested in the attempted rape.
