Have any of you mongers thought about opening a AMP I actually have given it some serious consideration.
I have even spoke with a provider about it. I would like to hear everyone’s thought on this.

If your're up for the legal ramifications the god bless you. That is if you are not going to keep it 100% legit. How much can you afford to get fined, lose your investment or worse penalties?
Chances are, I never would but it would be fun, just think of all the full service one could get….lol

The successful spa owners usually have a strong connection with either the Korean or Chinese market for workers. Also many Emo's and Mamasan's have connections to the girls they have worked with plus all the girls have friends too. A little harder for us non Asians to have and develop those kinds of connections.

You can find plenty of AMP gals that will tell you they want to open their own place. If you want to play sugar daddy and bank roll it for them, they will take your money. This is almost always a really bad idea unless you really know that particular AMP gal very well. If she is a close up shop at 12 midnight and go to AC to gamble until 6;00 AM kind of lady. Of a drink a big bottle of vodka and fight with the other gals every other night hot mess. It isn't the playboy life you think it is. You'll be dealing with plenty of problems and driving to the store or driving ladies around most of the time. Unless you speak Korean/(their language) it will be difficult. You better really like their food too. Good luck getting you initial investment back. It isn't like it is a contract you're going to be able to take to court.

Stop thinking with you small head.

I read a story from a white guy who claimed he managed an AMP. (Possibly BS but who knows).

He said the only reason it worked is because the person with the connection for the girls needed a citizen to get the business permits and open the storefront. Asian guy supplied the girls and the white guy managed the day to day operations.

And yes, he said he did get free BJ and FS regularly. He claimed that at first he resisted and kept it to business as the manager. But eventually one of the girls walked in on him jerking it in his office and was like why are you doing that when we’re all here. After that it was open season.

These are all worst case scenarios…do you have experience doing this? This goes for any business venture if you are just blindly throwing money around with out solutions to potential problems, ya your not getting that investment back. Like Wayne said old connections are the key

My issue would be the illegal nature of the business and the ease with which your competition can totally fuck with you. The more successful it becomes the more the competition is going to fuck with you. All they have to do is call the police on you. They can videotape you, your store, call the media, and post stuff on social media. Pose as customers. Get inside.

And that's just the totally easy legal things.

You have no legal recourse and no police protection. In fact, they are your enemies. In fact, everyone is an enemy trying to rob, steal, lie, and hurt you.

The apartment route seems to be the smartest and most low key way to combat this, ofourse Your still not invulnerable but it’s a start. Atleast you don’t need to go out and get a biz license and have a store front with a target on your back

Hoff's ranch was for sale not long ago. I posted about it. If you're gonna do it you gotta do it like that. In a place it's established, legal, you buy in, and have a way better chance of success. That said, cost of entry is high. It's like most hotel franchises. You gotta be rich to even think about starting one.

You need access to the pipeline of girls from Flushing who don't cut it anymore. Hence the grannies/Aunties we get in the burbs.

Secondly, there are the legal matters. The mamasan does not own the shops; they manage them. She and the girls get arrested but one never hear about the REAL owner. I doubt US citizen John Doe has that kind of loyalty or sufficient clout/money to even compete. Through conversations, I've learned about men who run multiple shops in a region. I never ask for more details because some things I should stay ignorant about.

There are quite a few stores that are independently owned and operated where the MMS owns the shop. She of course has help in getting set up, applying for permits etc. And, many MMS’s have a pipeline of girls they used to work with as they used to provide. One of the trickier parts is finding someone to take out the lease.
