One girl from AL bumped into my sister, my neice and I at Macy’s. I said hi to her. I introduced her to my sister and neice. This girl for whatever reason, spread fake news all over WeChat claiming that I’m married and a liar.

I just tell them I'm married, even when I wasn't. This takes the Green Card option off the table, Unless they really like you and offer you money to divorce the wife, on top of the standard fee for the Green Card. Even suggesting that it's a temporary arrangement, and the two of you can remarry after she gets residency. Like I'm really going to discuss the proposal with the wife.
