I saw a provider yesterday that told me she's only been in the US for 3 weeks from Beijing China. I wanted to call bullshit because as a vaccinated US citizen up until 2 weeks ago in order to go to Hawaii, I had pay and submit to 2 PCR tests, 3 days before arriving and 3 days before leaving. I have family in the US that wants to visit relatives in China, HK, or Korea and have been told they would need to stay at a quarantine hotel for 14 - 21 days depending on the country.

The girl even showed me her Chinese passport and told me she flew from Beijing to Dubai for 14 days, I assume to work and then flew from Dubai to NY. I didn't flip thru it for entry stamps :) My broken mandarin wasn't good enough to ask her how did she even get a US Visa to visit. My wife's family in China got denied pre-covid for a US travel visa to attend her cousin's wedding and we even wrote registered letters to the US embassy stating we would be their financial sponsor while they were here and ensure they won't extend their stay along with copies of our income tax as proof.

We all hope this brings fresh young girls for the mongers but drives me crazy that I might be getting infected by a new strain from someone next to me on the subway. Yeah I'm one of those suckers that have been ordered back to the office.

Anyone know how this works for foreign visitors? If it is true, it's no wonder why every variant of the Covid strain exists in the US, while a vax US citizens can't even visit Canada right now.

Sorry for the rant but just something that boggle me today when I was reading about rise in cases again :(

Your wife's family did not give out enough red envelopes at the US Consulate

Probably. I don't know about the OPs story but I know plenty of ladies from South America and Europe have been getting in for a few months now. So not sure what the rules actually are or who they are apply too. It could be that the lady he met spent 14 days or more in Dubai and since she was arriving from Dubai then she didn't need to quarantine as she would have had she come in direct from certain places with high rates. I can understand her going to Dubai first as it is has becomes the world's brothel, so she could have just worked there for a couple weeks while waiting to get into the States. For a country that is so conservative its basically open season in Dubai for everything. They've become a true form of sin city, something Vegas only clames but still heavily policies. In Dubai its basically a welcomed activity, unless you flaunt it in public. Even then people mostly just get sent home.

It is kind of strange about Chinese girls who come to the US nowadays. It is pretty easy to get a vaccine in China and HK, even though it is not Moderna/Pfizer. If you choose to go back to HK or the mainland, you will have to go for a 14 day quarrantine. Japanese girls on the other hand, want to come to the US because of lack of work at home and harder to get a vaccine in their home country.

I would not give red envelopes out because it will cause more problems. I know someone who took an US naturalization test, then gave an red envelope to the officer then she was denied citizenship because of that.

The room salons and any other adult clubs in Korea are closed due to Covid.

So many of these girls (early to mid-20s) have been coming to America during the past three months so they can work at the room salons here as well as get their vaccine because Korea has been so slow in providing it.

And the room salons in NJ and Flushing have been fully packed Monday through Saturday. lol.

That is what's been bothering me, as a US citizen, if we were to visit Korea there is a mandatory 72 hour negative test and 14 day quarantine (vaccinated or not). How can the US let all these foreign tourist/visitors without any testing and quarantine while the COVID cases here continue to climb and new strains?

I've heard many cases of affluent Asians coming to US for their vaccine shots bc either it's not readily available or they don't trust the China or Astrazeneca vaccine available to them.

Just surprised that working girls can do it too.

My sb went back to China few weeks ago. With the vaccine she didn't have to quarantine at all.

She must have a Chinese passport. With a US passport you must quarantine, a friend just went back for family business and was in their quarantine hotel and there's no AC because they believe air circulation could spread the virus.

Yes. This makes sense. She has a Chinese passport.
