Why not more American girl shops?

With the money spa girls make I really Wonder why there are not more American girl massage spas? Yes there are some, costlier and some indys. But not the proliferation there is of asian spas. Latina and European spas exist though not as many, I've never even seen an african Aamerican spa and hardly white spas. I bet if they opened up and charged a little, not a lot, more than regular asian spas, they would rack up.

Americans lean toward Indy work and Escort services more. Escort services provide more variety outside of the sexual aspect to make easy money. Yet there are probably still many places like the famed Bunny Ranch operating like a typical Asian spa.
