Where do San Francisco AAMPs rank?

I've had a string of disappointing experiences lately, to the point where I'm seriously considering shifting to a completely different actual hobby—boating, fishing, maybe even birdwatching. Aside from a few standouts at Bloom (which is also not consistent), I’ve found that most MTs in San Francisco are either mediocre or past their prime, and the constant upselling for basic services has only added to the frustration.

San Francisco is where I first got into this hobby, but frankly, I’m struggling to understand why I’ve invested so much here given the lackluster returns.

I'm posting to hear from others who have explored different cities or towns outside of SF (and across the world broadly). How does San Francisco compare in your experience? Where does it rank for you?

I totally agree with you. A lot of these SF places have gone downhill with service this whole year, yet prices have gone up. My thought is they rotate girls out every 2 weeks, often out of towners, so a lot of them don't give a crap since they're leaving anyway, like a temp job. And it's just to make a few xtra bucks. And the fact that it's SF, we get a lot of tourists and convention goers. Notice they always ask you where you're from? Basically, the girls try to milk the out of towners, and they oblige since it's just a one time thing. And then the locals get caught up in the bidding war.

It would be interesting to hear perspectives from those outside our region.

Is norcal just the pits for now?
How many other places are an oasis of top notch talent?
Are we missing out? In a drought?

Or is it that times are hard for all folks across fields of work and for all levels of consumers?

I started hobbying in 2010 and thought the city was prime until about 2015. I had always found suitably satisfying and consistent experiences at Green Door, Queens, Empire, GP, Yellow Orchid .
I think the surrounding suburbs have always been comparatively sub par.

Now it seems that MTs need to travel in search of the most lucrative prospects.
Like fishermen or hunters seeking areas filled with the most rewarding catch/game.
If they spend too much time in a city with few customers , they are probably struggling to just break even with travel costs, lodging, food, etc.

Dude, if fucking chicks for cash is seriously your hobby, you need help.
Damn, your reading comprehension is on life support. It’s obviously wordplay on how 'hobby' is used in mongering forums—try keeping up before embarrassing yourself next time. Seems like you’ve been hanging around the MTs so long that you’ve picked up their illiteracy.

I would drive across the bridge to Emeryville or down south to San Mateo or SJ. I wonder why there are no AAMP’s in SF! There are plenty of independents and some Eastern European orgs. I guess some Chinese orgs also, but they have not interested me based on reviews. I guess I am inclined to spend a little more for what I consider a close to guaranteed good time. If you read the reviews on here and elsewhere, you can almost guarantee yourself a good time and also no haggle pricing. I do TOFTT if it is at an org I am a regular at. This usually works out pretty well!

They ask where you're from because if you are local, they want you to keep coming back. They will give you better service at a better price. They will try to fleece an out-of-towner for as much as they can get and provide mediocre service. Don't monger in tourist areas. Some suburbs rock. This is where the talent is. There are plenty of AAMPs in SF, just do your research.

There’s still some great providers at storefronts in the city, you just have to repeat business and establish rapport. There’s a few that I’ve been visiting for the last couple years because they are nice lady’s that always offer me good service. The only problem is some of them are probably older than most mongers would enjoy, but as my name suggest, I have no problems with GILFs lol. Be nice, tip well and good opportunities will present themselves.

There used to be some Korean and Japanese AAMPS in the Jtown/Fillmore area. They are long gone e but there were some real hot ones at that org. Last time I was there was in the mid to late 2000’s at the Fillmore center apartments.

There were a young male and female couple who would follow mongers in the elevator to the room floor, watch where you walked to, then ride the elevator back down. They would time it so after your hour they would be in the hallway again watching. I reported it to the PO and they moved out shortly after. I’m guessing others told the PO too.

Another reason why Koreans don’t set up anymore is the cost of rent in the city is outrageous. It’s cheaper to not be in SF

at this point i'd be willing to pay a little more given how terrible the talent is in this city

The city fell off hard. Strip clubs used to be the best in the country for extras esp. MSC. AMPS were excellent and they had several AAMPS. All these spots are now pure garbage, especially the Strip clubs , it’s unbelievable how far they have fallen off
