The type of place I'm talking about rarely gets reviews on here, which is why I'm asking. My anticipation was that there may be people with experience at some of these places but haven't posted reviews bc they wouldn't recommend a non-fs type place or didn't think there would be interest.

If you have come across reviews I may be missing, please let me know. I'm thinking of a place like society Hill in Philly, but on this side of the river.
