Better and safer in what way? Usually the established and well-reviewed amps are better for both variety and safety once you are in. The less popular ones do run the risk of a raid/undercover cop conducting a sting. A house or individual incall is safer once you are in and start the session - but there is a material risk of a new provider being LE. And you get handcuffed if you are not cautious in the words and actions you choose before the session starts. If you like variety, searching out new independent providers carries that risk. Which is why I have a mix of amps and independent providers in my rotations. Amps give me the variety with low risk, and my steady independents can offer custom stuff I don't get at amps or provide me with a longer term connection and bonding that helps amplify the physical.

Yes once you get to know the person with the house it is better. I’ve been to so many AMPs that are just shady. Like they are just waiting for the door to be kicked in

in my humble opinion, typically a home, condo, or apartment. But it can be hard to find a good one.
