what are those knots on the perineum of some chinese providers ? usually one big one . one of the reasons i like to stay with koreans .

Most of the time they are HPV and/or genital warts - stay away from them with your mouth or you could get HPV oropharynx cancer.

They have to be attached to the anus to be hemorrhoids or under the skin if outside the anus. HPV looks like warts on the surface of the skin.
