mr. chemtrails has a point here, clearly the vaccine doesn't help. there are certainly no other data points showing the opposite.
on a more serious note; as a monger you're always taking a risk whether its law enforcement, STIs, or people figuring out and ostracizing you, unfortunately this one is just another one on the list. On the bright side, NY's vaccination rate is really high (although maybe the monger population includes more of the antivaxxers) and most of the spa workers are probably vaccinated; which means its less likely they'll get an infection.
