I never had this issue so far in any AMP. Just be natural and don't point or ask anything extra when they do shower. They are exp and skilled to know what is right and wrong. Also bbbj is risky so avoid it as much as possible

Circumcision is more of a religious practice followed to reduce the sensitivity. Since the docs can make money off it, without any reason it is practiced widely in US citing health reasons like this. No animals other than humans practice this and the they are not exactly suffering due to it.
Things should be left natural. The foreskin protects the delicate tissue and is there for a reason.
