There was a spirited debate about whether she was trans back in the old days on Spahunter. I am one of the people that saw her thinking that she was, in fact, a woman, and I was convinced she was. Her sessions had very good massage that was both sensual and therapeutic, and good basic services that got the job done. No regrets.
Pooya is post op for about 15 years, and came out as trans about five years ago. You can google her whole story pretty easily. The fact that many people who had FS with her couldn’t tell she was trans tells you all you need to know about gender being an artificial construct. People should have sex with whomever they are attracted to, and stop worrying about labels.
