What type of tip you will on top of the negotiated price for HJ and FS and high end girl (200+)? I usually top the girl for 20 if she have good service and I got good release

Is that too much or too little l?

20 seems fine, from my experience giving a bit more gives you a lot better experience if your repeating. Don't overthink it~

So I usually spent about 160-200,

Totally understand the fact my experience will be better if I pay more.

The thing is I usually pay after the activities so the girls won't know how much I would tip her before-hand. How can I make sure the girl put out her best to serve me so I can treat her better?

I'm happy to pay up for good service.

Any "tips" you can share will be greatly appreciated!

agree $20 seems fine. I have tipped upto $100

I generaly spend $140-300. Then Tip $20-100 on top. Also times I did not tip.
It depends on many factors: looks/performance/new face/mood etc

Most of it is about how much you are willing to spend vs how much hustling up selling.

I've thrown in extras 20-100 when there's no up sell and based on level of enthusiasm.

I tip the auntie ($10 - $20) all the time and when she knows I am coming she will talk and sometimes select the girl to ensure a great experience. Additionally, at these places, I will tip up front.

There have been psychological studies on this. If you can give a random tip on top of what is negotiated they will always work for the highest tip they think you will give.
If you tip 20 regular and throw them a 50 once maybe twice, they will always work for the 50 no matter how many times you give 20.

Key word is random. You need to keep them guessing. This is how gambling works as well.
