Never been much of a reviewer. I wasn't a prolific reviewer on the old SH (reviewed enough to get me ranked as high as 742) and none here on AMPReviews. After reading and contributing to this thread, I decided to take the review plunge. Just submitted my first attempt in the PA Other Areas forum. As I was composing it, I tried to keep in mind all that's been stated in this thread. Sometimes it's not easy to know what to include and what to leave out. As I stated above, leave some details to the imagination. That builds anticipation, especially with a new provider. I like good surprises, but just like in life, you have to take the good with the bad. And always keep in mind that no 2 experiences are identical. No guarantees, that's why it's important to always remember YMMV and to RTFF!

I thought that was a good effort, but there was too much info in the Physical Description. The Physical Description can be read by anyone visiting or searching the site, and what you wrote was a little too much info, IMO.

I see your point. It's sometimes difficult to decide what constitutes TMI and what doesn't.

This is the way I see it. Most of us guys know the level of service at different spas. So if you post the providers name, the date you were there, semi description, and if you had a good time, we can figure out the rest.
And as I said before more than 98% of the members aren't going to go to that particular spa anyway and if Trusted members need more info it can be asked via PM.
Do reviews help yes, are Hustler Forum reviews necessary NO. And enough of the sexually explicit titles. WTF do you feel the need to announce to the whole world details that could be post under Private Details.

Most people I doubt think the same as the few or several of you who are vocal bout this topic.

I agree addresses shouldn't be out out. However you guys keep on with Spahunters that shit is dead. LE are not idiots. If you even mention the spa they know you aren't reviewing it cause they gave you a fantastic massage :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:c'mon let's be real.

Spas get heat when people call it in. Housewives, soccer moms, zealots etc.

Discretion sure doesn't hurt.
No but it doesn't help much at all imo. One thing I will give you and none of you said this.

Is that a review brings them more business. That increase in business, may bring more attention to that business.

That's the only real benefit NOT REVIEWING a place does. Not speaking in codes, not pms. Wow I couldn't even imagine responding to more pms I get several a day and I don't even review.

Reviewing a place even not saying much. if people will go cause of your reviews brings attention aka more business to the place. Yet these places want more business. Most anyway.

I really think you guys just want to blame someone for these places getting busted. It's going to happen sometimes that's just the reality. Don't get overly attached to places.

A lot of the places up by me in New England don't really want more business. The shops here are lower volume than the ones in the city, and the girls are more motivated to keep a lower profile than they are to be killing it. Its kinda why most of them moved out of the city and settled out here. I talk to a lot of girls that do 3-4 customers a day, and I do get asked to not post reviews. I'm sure its different other places.

Here the spas are 15 to 20 miles apart, and if they start getting publicity, they get shut down. Its easy for the cops to focus on a spa and wipe it out, if there is only one place in town. Some places do just that, open for 6 months to a year, get a reputation for FS, then get raided and shut down. But others just keep a low profile, build a steady base of regulars, are extremely cautious with first timers and stay out of trouble.

Yea that makes sense. That's not the case everywhere. But places like you I get. Some people might be better off just never reviewing. Then what's the main point of this site though?

A couple things come to mind if someone posts a review,
1. Comprises AMP/provider.
2. Gives away your location.
I’ll opt out of both.

I got taken to task for even posting a review of a certain spa. The spa owner didn't like it, so I stopped doing it. That, plus the general paranoia after SH was shuttered, is why I haven't written a lot of reviews on this site. I mostly just weigh in on topics of interest.

Even so, we are kidding ourselves if we think LE doesn't know what goes on in these places. They do. In fact, I would not even be surprised if some of the more "trusted" members on this site are not LE (but not me, of course). Even if they suspect a spa of being erotic, they have to put in the time and resources to stake out a spa and collect evidence. It's non-trivial on their part. It seem like the highest priority for LE are those spas where the neighbors complain about what is going on. The textbook example of this was the famed Aries Spa in A-Town (RIP). In that case, the neighbors complained for years before the spa was shut down. And there were multiple warning signs that caused much of the better talent to flee before the bust took place. That just shows what a slow process it is, even when the locals are screaming about it.

So, bottom line: I think we overestimate our contribution to any given spa getting busted.

Pink hit the road before Aries went down. She knew about the neighbor. I think she went back to NY. The pizza guy is who complained loudly.

There is more to this story. Before I signed in on this site, I clicked Forums, and clicked New Posts. Everything is posted there. When I click a Review, I can see certain information such as parlor name, fone nbr, location, and physical attributes. I could not see the Private Details under Review. In order to do so, I have to sign in. That has been the proper procedure. HOWEVER, when I read all comments under a Review without signing in, I can see all comments INCLUDING Avatars online. On the left side, we see all beautiful circled colors with whatever letters and on that Avatar, I was able to see a green arrow on top left of the Avatar. This tells me that anyone can see who is online BEFORE they sign in. I will make a comment on another review that exposed too much Tabloid Headline!
