Just for the record, we did a poll in the general section about detail, more or less detail.

20% Crank it up
80% Tone it down.

Not scientific, but we got 66 responces or so based on overall board input back in January. So the bogus more detail group is in the minority. I am tired of arguing with uninformed speculative information.

I for one will continue to point my fellow members in the direction of a good massage.

As for any typed and posted text on this board,
If one was capable of associating you with your alias on this site, printed all of your posts out and read them in front of your family, friends and associates at work, would you continue writing the same shit?

Cool story. Now ima tell you this. You and others keep on with the same posts asking for reviews to be less detailed. The owners of the site and mods obviously for now don't think it's too detailed. Yet the few of you keep on about how it should be the way SH was and how everyone is crazy having the details too graphic etc.

You've pleaded your case numerous times. These threads are beyond redundant.
How do you know what the mods want?
I can think of 3 posts recently that I thought were inappropriate so I reported them with a brief explanation of why I reported them. You know what happened? The were either edited or deleted entirely.
IMO it is our responsibility to help the mods police this site and keep it safe. And I for one will continue to do so.
Waterboy out.
PS
I think it's time to lock this thread. Enough is enough.

It seems a very common strategy: when the vocal statements are in one direction, such as you point out here, the ones who dissagree point to a greater "silent majority" who are very hard to actually count.

I like accurate reportage which requires a certain amount of detail. The objection to the inclusion of detail seems to be that LE will read it and go, "Gee Sarge, did you know that is what they were doing over at the One Hung Low Massage Parlor?" Gentlemen, have any of you taken a look at Bedpage recently? There, it ain't being reviewed or discussed by second and third parties, it is being advertised, sometimes in more explicit terms than we use, by the providers and the establishments, and with addresses in many instances. Now there are some in the business that want a low profile, and that we should respect - but let's not flatter ourselves- LE isnt clipping our reviews to find the latest AMP location.
