I know that a lot of guys on here talk about what a good therapeutic massage they get before the happy ending, but as a veteran of both therapeutic and sensual massages, I keep them separate. I have a fantastic massage therapist to whom I would never even suggest anything extra. On the other hand, when I go for a sensual massage, I don't even care about the therapeutic part. The "therapeutic" part is NEVER as good as my other massage therapist. I'm sure some will disagree so...be my guest.
