Like many have said, Bianca has been increasingly difficult to work with. No matter how far ahead I schedule a time and give her updates on my ETA she still cant get me in without waiting ten plus minutes. Although personally I find that absurd, I get that she isnt a real professional so whatever, comes with he territory right? Yesterday after waiting 10+ in my car, she tells me to go to a room. I get there and the girl is in the open door saying "no ten more minutes". There is a maid 5 feet away watching all this. I walk into the stairwell on the otherside of the hotel and text bianca. to which i see that she is already texting me an updated new room number. She is acting like I went to the wrong room. I scrolled back to confirm she had in fact sent me to the original room first. I went to the second room. Again maids within hearing distance watching the scene unfold. I knock once. The music is so loud in the room. I knock a second time harder. I wait a full minute and leave. I text Bianca. "that was fucked up" She texts back all caps saying she doesnt need piece of shit clients like me who arent willing to wait. That was the long and short of it. There was some more back and forth. Note, I have been using her for over a year 2-3 times a week. The lack of consideration and respect is appalling to me. My time is valuable. She is turning that hotel into a fast house and in my opinion it wont end well. It is no longer discrete. As I was headed in, there were two of you walking out. Thats why the girls in two rooms werent ready for me. She isnt giving them 30 minutes to shower.
The high volume in and out with the girls hanging in open doorways and the maids standing around monitoring the whole thing is going to lead to LE presence. If Bianca just went a step farther and actually scheduled visits and didnt overbook the girls, things would be a lot more smooth. At 3 oclock im like who is available? I can be there at 4. She says no problem. At 345 im like ok 15 minutes away. She says no problem. Then i arrive perfectly on time to be told wait three minutes. Which means ten minutes. The girls are never showered. They literally see dude after dude after dude. That isnt a seedy motel. It is a bergen county mid level hotel with families and business travelers. Show some class. Be discrete. Dont be greedy. If you earn 25% for booking, then book. Dont just free flow mongers into the lobby as fast as you can.
I think it is worth the extra money to use a lower volume agency like MBV. They are discrete and professional. I wish they were in Paramus/Mahwah more.
