I searched on google: "risk of unprotected oral sex"

Pretty much has everything you'd want to know in there.
And as for unprotected FS... well, you're supposed to learn about that in sex ed in HS, should be common sense as to what the risks are when doing that with a stranger/pro.
Why are you facing hostility here? Because this question has been asked and answered in similar ways already on this forum and members get tired of seeing the same questions get asked repeatedly in different ways. There's a really good search feature on this site, but guys don't seem to bother to learn how to use it.

Are you asking because you want to share stories for giggles are you actually trying to determine if BBFS is safe?
You can't use the responses here to actually gauge the STD rates. Even if 10 guys say they fuck BBFS and never got any STDS, it doesn't fully represent the population. The people who get STDs will not come here and tell you.
