what are the risks to past patrons when a place is shut down with a yellow sticker on the door?

I know we all have this paranoia at times, but nothing will happen to you. The city does not have the money or the resources to crack open the establishments phone logs, find details on their clients, review security camera footage, build a case, get an arrest warrant, to then bring you to court…for what? To put you in jail? To make you pay a fine? Unless you’re a celebrity or person in a position of power and influence, I think you’re ok.

They don't even put Johns who are busted in a sting in jail (as long as the decoy is of legal age - if you even talk to a minor online, it's a criminal charge). In one news story about a vice bust I saw they only made the Johns sit through a 5 hour seminar where they had to listen to victims of trafficking and learn about why paying for s3x is bad.
