Shopping or sightseeing near Phila AMPs?

I usually hobby in the suburbs, but would like to spend a day in Philadelphia either shopping or sightseeing in conjunction with a visit to one of the better rated AMPs. Any recommendations for a good combo visit? All within walking distance would be great, but I could Uber between sites if necessary.

Park at Market or Arch. Sweep up and down Walnut, then Chestnut, then Market. Drop the packages in the car and grab a bite at Reading Terminal. Then you are in the heart of the Chinese spas. Or just eat at the Chinese spas and grab dessert at RT....

Park in a lot around 11th and Arch and walk east on Arch. Stop at the shop of your choice. Continue to the birthplace of the nation. Then hit another spot on your walk back to the car. You'll pass several good places for a meal too.

Up by Market St. you have the Fashion District Mall (old Gallery). Two blocks away is Chinatown with many choices, just read the reviews. So many choices to eat, picking just one will be the hard. Lots to do and see. Parking is the only negative part.

If your Center City visit is during the daytime, have your spa session, followed by a fat meal in Chinatown or RTM. Walk off those calories by wandering down to the Bourse, and sit at the bar to watch all the millenials and out of town tourists around you pay through the nose for a salad or a half of a sandwich that's "artisanal".

There's always happy hour at the Oyster House, 1500 Block of Sansom St. Have a few buck-a-shucks for me.
