I make my own sauces too, but I just "wing" it using what ever I have at hand. Comes out different everytime, but definitely works.

Range of ingredients; ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, steak sauce, buffalo sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki, Thai chili, honey, Sriracha, maple syrup, brown sugar and more but not all at the same time. Like I said, different everytime.
1/2 a cup to 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar is a great addition to the mustard sauce. Works well with both the heat and sweet. Love some brown sugar or honey to combine with some home grown peppers.

I remember Dave's Disaster Sauce. On the heat scale it was up there.

I also remember someone taking a dare on how much of it they could handle, and ended up in the hospital.

A lot of the makers try to outdo each other with the heat, but I think the better sauces find a way to balance that.

Frank's or Tabasco or Crystal may not be the hottest, but they figured out something and thus have stood the test of time.

My favorite hot sauce was Possible Side Effects but the company stopped selling it. Now, I use Vicious Viper. I love it on eggs for breakfast. I also love it Steamed Pork Dumplings, Chow Mei Fun and pizza.

Speaking of hot sauces, in the old days when I was pitching, I used to use this shit on my elbow.

It would take a layer of skin off, but helped me get an extra inning or two.

The Hot Ones. Here is a link. They also have a version on youtube. Just put hot ones in search. I like the one on youtube better. They are both entertaining if you like people and celebrities eating HOT wings and answering questions.

Thanks my friend. YouTube version is great. The episode with Gordon Ramsay is so cool. He is known for his swearing but even he outdid himself...lol

Good stuff and widely available.
I liked it and thought it was a good product.

I used to go to a Korean Market and get their vegetable platter. Basically sauted and with a drizzle of a light red sauce that had good kick to it. They also dusted the corn cob with sort of a cayenne type spice rub. Seven dollars and a decent meal. Place was in a market type set up and is closed now.
