A couple of days ago, I made an easy vegetarian dish that reminded me of one I had at an Indian restaurant in Niagara Falls.

I bought frozen brussel sprouts, carrots, and onion in a black pepper seasoning. Heated until done.

Added spicy marinara and kicked it up with Texas Pete's Hot Sauce. Side of cornbread.

Serve as entree. Delicious.

How has no one mentioned Tapatio or Valentina’s?? A lot of great ones mentioned on here already just thought I’d add those two.

Also for seasoning, Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning is really good. I use it more often than the commonly found Louisiana Cajun seasoning or the Uncle Chachere Creole seasoning

Anyone ever try sumac as a spice?

I had it once at a Syrian place on a falafel type sandwich and it was great.

Not really a not spice, but flavory.
