FYI. my response up above should have said "It would never make it to a court room. It has no legs. They have to witness it and simply taking the word of a " desperate" provider that you paid them can't hold much because the simple fact that they will be undocumented aliens usually and that fact alone leans them towards unreliable witnesses. Ill take a unique viewpoint and say parlor. The hotel staff all know whats going on and could care less. However in some neighborhoods expect a few glares if you visit often and the neighbors dont like the parade coming in and out of that undescript house

Setup and bust happen in a hotel, much more often. They will have undercover ladies, and as soon as you talk about "doing it for a price" wham you're busted. You thought you were getting a bargain, haha, if it is too good to be true.

A spa, is different. They will send in undercover male LEO, to get the lady to offer X, Y or Z for $$$. They will most likely record that as evidence. Now if you happen to be in the next room when this happens, humping and bumping like a buddy rabbit. There really isn't anything to worry about.

I have been in a spa when something like this happened. The reality is as long as you keep your mouth shut, and the AMP girl is going to keep her mouth shut. They don't really have any evidence to bust you with. Okay you were getting a massage and fell in love and started doing it. Maybe the 2 of you are dating? There is ZERO proof that any money was exchanged for the act.

Again, don't get scared because the LEO told you unless you confess to everything, your life is over. It is a lie. You'll do better if you forget how to speak English. Let LEO get mad and yell and scream at you. They can put on a dramatic act. You're still innocent until PROVEN guilty.

The odds that LEO is going to bust a spa and clear it out and put all new girls in there just to bust Johns, is rather impossible. Speaking for myself, if I saw all new girls and a manager in a spa that I usually go to, I would get very suspicious very quickly. Especially if they started asking me strange questions about what i wanted and how much I was willing to pay.

Not for nothing but I think the biggest risk factor is getting set up and rolled. LEO's have a procedure to follow and rules of evidence. But getting duped into a cheap hotel and then getting robbed is the biggest risk. No chance of ending up dead with LE unless YOU choose to do something insanely stupid. Crack heads and pimps............could go many ways.

With the above, MP's would always be the safest bet. Discretion and listening to the Spidey senses is always the best policy.

Not BS …. First hand experience. If you solicit a spa and ANYONE ON THAT PRemises is Busted YOU WILL be issued a summons and taken in for questioning. In my case car was also impounded . Don’t believe me…. I hope you never find out … it’s no joke

Sorry pal...I have to disagree. I myself was in one of the rooms at Oriental Wellness Center in So. Plainfield arount ten years ago...Not sure just how long ago, but it was busted while I was in the back room getting a massage. Actually, I think we were still in the act and we were able to tell that something was happening....I think I remember the Mama yelling in oriental that it was a bust and the girl servicing me got her clothing back on and I managed to get my underware on before anyone got into the room. They took her and left a dude in the room with me. He checked out the insides of my shoes and in my pants pockets hanging on the hook on the wall and even found a condom in the pocket. He asked what it was for and I said that I had heard that sometimes at these massage parlors, that sometimes other things can be offered. Sorry to tell you, but while they did take my information...I was sent my way without any kind of summons or anything.....never heard anything or got anything in the mail. So...you are wrong. I never recieved a summons.

Also if you where to have a camera phone out or the girl does you actually just make a pornographic video which is not against the law. If you pay for sex with someone it is considered prostitution and is illegal, but paying for sex and video taping it falls under freedom of content creation as long as both parties are of legal age and both consenting. It’s something else to consider when it comes to risk.

I was talking about the LE risk. Due diligence on a provider is just that. Some of these girls are beyond sketchy and their pimps even worse. They host out of hotels that are frequented by LE because of all the nefarious activities. If a girl is at the Hyatt Regency, that's a whole lot different than Motel 6.

As for the wife exposure, well, make sure you use a burner phone that has no ties to your credit cards or emails. You have to maintain a 100% anonymous digital foot print. Never use your real phone or email. Always erase your browser history. Never use a credit card or any online banking. Never use RWI and make social media accounts if you want to surf others social media. Never use your existing accounts.
