Sorry to get on this topic but couldn't find great info on google. What is the STD risk to someone receiving rimming? Sounds like the provider takes on some risks but i couldn't tell if receiver does too.

It could happen I guess. STDs can be transmitted anally but more so the STDs that can be transmitted through saliva. I guess if any of the parties have any small tears on the skin, the chance increases for other STDs.

Asked my doc about all this -

Rimming - if she has active cold sores on lips it can get on the skin . Tongue can’t spread it as the virus isn’t living on tongue - it’s skin to skin

Herpes - if it’s active on her lips whether she has signs or asymptomatic you can get HSV 1 on dick with bbbj or lips DFK

Can’t get it DATY as the HSV is deeper inside the vaginal cavity. Can spread to your finger with FIV and then if you touch your dick . without cleaning hands yes.

DT - if a gal has gonorrhea in her throat you can pick it up with BBBBJ

DFK you can get a cold, the flu, mono, Epstein Barr , meningitis B , and corona virus

This is why many providers do not do
DFK, FIV , BBBJ

IME, FIV is the only one I have found to be the least available and to be honest, I always thought it was because guys would jam there fingers in/out like a porno.

Back like 10-15 years ago, most KAMP's did CBJ, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

The widespread rimming as a GFE standard is concerning and also strange
You can’t get sick on your own bacteria - if she rims you , and kisses you no problem .

However if she rims a guy and he has Hep B or C or meningitis and she acquires it, she can spread those to you via saliva fluid to fluid like kissing or sharing the same bottle or glass.

Only giving - if you were affected already she could get it through fecal matter to her saliva and ingested. However you cannot get it from her tongue rimming your anal cavity .
Not necessarily true.... Hep B is highly contagious and requires a slight amount of blood to be transmitted. If the giver has bleeding gums (after just brushing teeth) or oral sores than the receiver could be at risk. Hep C is much more mysterious and less efficient in how it transmits.....

Bacteria in your bowels do not belong in your mouth. You will require antibiotics if the ecoli in your asshole is transferred to your mouth and then takes hold in your stomach.

There is not enough "good bacteria" in your upper digestive tract this is why people can have "ecoli infection" which is essentially ecoli overgrowth whether endogenous (native to your microorganism profile) or exogenous (from outside).

You need to be on here more often as I've had to play Dr. Dougie Howser for far too long on here.

Rice lover remain calm - HepC is fluid to fluid - first I’m not letting a provider with oral sores near me bleeding guns from brushing or the dentist resolve themselves within moments .

Even if her gums were bleeding your ass would have to be bleeding too . It’s fluid to fluid - you are not getting Hep C from rimming . It is she in the form of you being infected with Hep , your fecal matter to her saliva

I’m perfectly calm, just relaying some info from yrs of academic and clinical study. Hep B is highly contagious and requires only trace amount of blood(micro-abrasions from brushing would provide adequate amounts) for transmission. The anus is a highlypermeous mucus membrane with a large blood supply which makes it an easy target for transmission of all types of infections..... that’s why anal sex is considered so risky. Get a Hep B vaccine if you’re in the hobby......

Here's the problem. Not all sores or cuts are visible. We are talking mucous membranes not skin.

I acknowledge Hep C is easier to transmit between junkies sharing the same needles (fluid to fluid) but why take the chance.

You are forgetting factors that improve transmission rates like undiagnosed Gonorrhea in her throat from BBJ and recent flu infection. Or you had diarrhea 2 days ago and your rectum is still inflamed.

Perfect condition on both sides then Hep C may be harder to transmit. But stranger things have happened. So again, why take the unnecessary risk?

Agreed you must arm yourself in these situations , there is no one else to defend you.

If you had diarrhea in the last few days or maybe he flu , you don’t go.

Gonorrhea in the throat can happen but it’s so painful she couldn’t take a cock in the throat - believe it or not most of these gals get checked regularly . They don’t want the board of health leaning on them .

Personally I do not DFK with providers ever. I don’t DATO but do at the Y
I don’t FIA or FIV - an open cut on a finger is far more common. And what do we all do before we visit - trim our nails - a freshly trimmed nail can open a small cut on us - and cut her in the pussy- now that is blood to blood way more dangerous than a rim or Bbbj .

Kissing no way - diseases aside another dude just blasted in her mouth 20 minutes or less ago

If dfk and fiv are no gos for you, which risks would you accept? bbbj? rim? cbj?

As usual, discussion is full of different points of view. Interesting, but hard to reach a conclusion!
