Ive been in East Orange, Irvington and Newark for about 25 years; shes on a major road that has a pretty decent police presence that deters some of the other things you’re referring too.

I was born and raised in Newark. Lived in Chicago for ten years. Now in a suburb in Jersey. I say all of that to say this.
