I should say blackheads not black spots. From goggle search, blackheads form when a clog or plug develops in the opening of hair follicles in your skin. It has been a long time since someone has done this for me. May be it is part of her routine but I like it. More of a GFE feel than random chit chat.
The qtip will make me try her!!! I had an experience i think 5-6 years ago and cant remember the provider (san mateo) she didnt use a qtip instead she has a thin extractor and it was really good, was scary at first but my curious self just did it. Just chime in if u got that service from a provider before. 
She a chubby older woman, sure service is good but looks are way down hill from when she started years ago. People should keep in this mind if looks matter to you. Her face looks like it has had extensive plastic surgery also, especially if you know this girl from when she started. The blackheads thing she does to everyone, super annoying in my opinion. I am still super shocked when I read people giving her 8s for face and body.
