I ask them for exactly what I want in a massage and they have always delivered. That could be a medium relaxing massage, or rip my muscles strong massage. Dan Dan and May speak the most English and take my requests at the beginning of the session. If you don't know spa level Mandarin, you will need to use hand gestures during the massage with the other two.

Also, what constitutes a good massage is subjective. I hate too much elbow. Some people complain when they do get enough elbow.
