Had the exact same thing happen a week ago. I thought she said her name was Ruby but after reading this I’m starting to think it was Yume. But yeah, nice lady, not nice looking, haggled for shit I initially didn’t want, and inevitably overpaid for what I got. There are some glowing reviews floating around the threads but can’t say I can relate.
