Mr. Hypo, thank you for your detailed review. the intel is very good. my experience is that good chinese houses will give the loyalty cards. it reminds me of the after 7 car washes the 8th is on the house. lol. no my experience is that that it will not be on the house but the service will get a deep discount.

Yes, they require screening, but you'd need to check directly with them for specifics (I screened several years ago, and the requirements may have changed).
I've always found 10ten to be reliable with appointments (though, of course, at any of these places human error or events out of their control can occasionally create scheduling issues, which is also true of mongers).
