I know a ton of people who that's happened to. It's done for kids, saving money, you both like the house, etc. It shows a certain level of maturity I think. Divorce lawyers love it when couples fight like children, they make so much money with counselling and negotiations and advice when that happens. They hate it when the couple just shrugs and says, "ah well, not working out anymore" and settle amicably.
