You make some valid arguments, especially regarding the superstar girls being in their mid 30s or older but here's my counter. Yana is clearly in her 30s, less than 35 but still in her 30s and this wasn't her first stint at AW, so she knew what she was signing up for.

Like I said, a source of mine told me Yana pulled this sorta thing elsewhere, but was swiftly let go for not being up to the standard. Personally I commend Sally for the way she handled the situation and being savvy enough to not allow Yana to hurt her brand. Sally you're the hero of this story .
