Been there 2 times since one of my work sites is close. Both were uneventful for me. been awhile but looking at reviews there's not been anyone descent there.
Should have been 60/40

Thinking he agreed to that amount during negotiations for some A-cup action and honored his agreement even though it was poorly delivered, still paying out of some combined sense of pity and resolve to never go here again, just guessing
