Unfortunately they had someone ring the bell before you got there.
Let the guy in and guaranteed cash or wait for the appt to show up.
Sucks but the walk in will 99.9% get the spot. I doubt anyplace really honors appts. I’m sure some do.
I’m waiting on the sidelines for the free for all slow down. Most of the reviews so far haven’t been very good. Not just this one but all the spas. Seems like it’s an assembly line behavior now. Rush rush rush.

I generally agree but it's a stretch as well to call at 10 am for a 5 pm appointment, unless the provider and client know each other quite well and trust that you won't no-show. Knowing this place's history, you probably should have made the appt closer to your preferred time. Also, after three months you have no clue about who's running the place now and whether they have new staff. Anyway, sorry to see you got screwed. It's never fun.

Very true, I was calling at 10 basically to see if they had opened yet & got thrown off when they actually picked up. You're right I should've called closer to when I wanted to visit. I was more taken back by her zero effort to try & make it right. Tell me to go grab dinner & come back in 45 or something. If you appreciate good customers you should definitely try to be more accommodating than that. I guess when money is coming in hand over first you don't have to worry about customer satisfaction ‍♂️

Sorry to hear that. One thing weird is Triple A is still closed. I called Triple A and T&S last Monday so I know which one is open and is not. I think you called to T&S opened from Monday.

Nope, it's definitely open. They had signage about mask wearing on their front door. Last Monday it would've been illegal to have been open but this Monday was play ball! I've also been to triple As before so I'm 100% sure of where I was yesterday but thanks for the input.

Since the day I posted this review my cellphone has been barraged by nonstop spam texts at all hours of the day & night. I might actually have to get a new number it's been so annoying. I thought I'd just let everyone here know in case they were thinking about contacting triple As in the future. This place is run by total scumbags. Let's shut them down & give your business to a more deserving places. Hell just go 1 floor down, I'm told T&S is much better anyway. Or use a burner phone so you don't feel the wrath of the owner for leaving an honest review about poor customer service.

I’ve been to Triple A numerous times.
Always had decent service.
I understand you are upset your appt wasn’t honored. I’d be mad also. I also know most places don’t honor appts. It is what it is.
Time to move on.

Do you think an AMP in NNJ is connected enough to spam your phone? Probably a bit of a stretch. If they were as busy as you mentioned, they don’t care about your review.

You reviewed your experience, and let others know. If others have a poor experience, it’s their fault. However, at this point, it’s time to let it go and find another place.

Agreed, I moved on the moment I pulled out of the parking lot. But giving someone's # to spam telemarketer for leaving an honest review is beyond shitty. I added to my post to warn about the childish bullshit by the management @ triple As

Connected enough? It's as simple as giving my number to an aggressive spam telemarketer. Send me your number & I'll show you how easy it is. They were slow enough the next day that they posted a fake review to try & bury mine. So I came back & updated the thread to warn fellow patrons of the childish antics that followed after my orginal post. I could care less how they handle themselves in the future, as I stated in my original review I won't be back. I have plenty of other places i frequent so i don't need to find another place but thanks for the unsolicited advice just the same!
