Too bad this place doesn't get back to it's glory days when Michelle was there. I noticed there is some kind of pottery store in front now that's connected. I wonder if there will be a problem with that.

I’m always surprised by the businesses or offices neighboring Amps. The underperforming (worst of the 3) hazleton one comes to mind.
