Thanks for TOFFT with the new owner. As you probably know, the previous owner now runs Taichi 163 around the corner off Northern. They let go of the spot next to the laundrymat.

I took a look at the 162rd place and did not see the gal I liked pre covid..
They flipped the place on 162nd in like a weeks time.
With this heat wave recon is on hold..
