Yeah agree with you. Only Lily or Ada manages the phone and front desk. This sounds like a rebrand.

It’s my first time at Tesia so perhaps she did start using a different name. I saw another review regarding Rachel that was posted a month or two ago and it’s definitely referring to a different provider. Rachel from my visit is Chinese ( she mentioned she’s from Shenzhen) and works Mon Wed Sat, and she did explicitly mention in the inquiring calls she took during the massage that her name was Rachel.

Interesting.. so with the introduction of Rachael you're telling me there's 3 providers there with blonde dyed hair?

I can confirm Lily is more petite and she's definitely tan. Would love to get to the bottom of this puzzle.
