Called & thought I made appt for 1130Get there, text, & get all the info again. Choices of 1 or 2 & how long
Go thru the drill again and waste 15 more minutes back & forth
Text now says wait a while
Ok now it’s 1215 and a text asking if I’m still there?? WTF
1240 I get a room # and the questions again & wait 5 min
I left and saw two LE vehicles by a 1st floor room as I was leaving
Got a text later saying come back now or make a new appt
WTF

My suggestion call them next time. Ik how these places work. If someone beats you there. You may get pushed for next up. That's just the reality. Never happened to me but ik it happens.
