When I first started out doing this (a very long time ago), I would have wimped out and taken my lumps. Now, there's no way. And, the false advertising is bad enough, but don't send me a text confirming a certain level of service knowing that it is not going to happen. I will say that it was priceless to see the look on her face when I told her she was going to give me my house fee back. Made the experience a little funny actually.
