I feel your pain. Had an almost identical experience in OC a few months back, except my provider was north of 60 by a wide margin. No shame in following through on a crummy experience every now and then. ( A not so great nut is still a nut!) Thanks for putting your experience out there to remind us to maybe make a better choice in the future.
