That 'you have never experienced' is quite common. I have had it where they lift one leg up to the knee for better access and have gone to town that way. Perhaps looking at the back of your head makes it less personal? Laura at EH Wellness used to do it alot when she was at LL in west orange. Also, there was a provider at King in Greenbrook that did this years ago as well. The first time i thought she was just teasing so that when I flipped I was at full attention, but she never stopped and I had a memorable surprise finish. I also had this happen once with a 4H at a place no longer in westfield. During the ST, which with 4H can be amazing, one of them went to town like you said while the other was doing my legs and the effect was amazing.
