Hands being clean is a big thing for them. After sessions I have had my hands cleaned with hot towel not just the one area.

I just had a session with Sophia & was very similar to op review & I washed my hands before in the bathroom there & still no fiv.I don't think it's a clean hands thing & dam the torpedoes full steam ahead with your tongue & face wasn't a issue with her.
