The cop shop is right behind this place along the back property line and that GSP exit and intersection is the highest traffic location in the town, not to mention the Wawa, the Dunkin, the pizza place, and the Quickie Mart in that same building.
In other words, it's going to be a hot spot not only for patrol activity, but also just sitting on deterrence visibility and doing paperwork between stops. I watched a local, a trooper, and a sheriff's vehicle go by just in the 10-15min I was in the lot in my car.
Bottom line is, just do what you are going to do. Park and get your massage. Finish up and leave. The shadier you look, the more attention you will draw, the more "cautious" you look, the more "suspicious" you appear. It ain't a James Bond rendezvous.
But also remember, LE does NOT need a warrant, or probable cause, to run your publicly displayed license plate.........so for God's sake, don't have active warrants or a reason for them to look at you closer or take interest.
